With a rich tapestry of experience and an unwavering commitment to organizational success, Mr. Amofa epitomizes the essence of leadership and operational mastery.

Mr. Amofa's journey towards leadership began at Kumasi Polytechnic, where he pursued a Diploma in Business Studies from 2008 to 2010, laying the foundation for his illustrious career in management. Building upon this foundation, he embarked on a quest for knowledge and advancement, earning a degree in Human Resource Management from Baptist University College from 2020 to 2024.

Armed with academic acumen and a thirst for challenges, Mr. Amofa delved into the corporate realm, honing his skills and expertise across various industries. From his tenure as the General Manager of Ozone Technology Ghana from 2011 to 2013, to his role as Warehouse Manager for Thonket Company Ltd from 2013 to 2014, Mr. Amofa navigated the complexities of organizational management with finesse and determination.

Mr. Amofa's specialization in the general management field has been instrumental in RWF Services' operational success. With an acute focus on operational efficiency and strategic alignment, he orchestrates the intricate dance of organizational functions with precision and foresight. His keen eye for detail and relentless pursuit of excellence ensure that every aspect of RWF Services' operations is meticulously managed and optimized for success.

As Deputy Director of Operations, Mr. Amofa's responsibilities extend far beyond mere oversight. He is the custodian of RWF Services' operational integrity, entrusted with the task of navigating the organization towards its goals with unwavering resolve. From resource allocation to process optimization, Mr. Amofa's leadership ensures that RWF Services remains at the forefront of the industry, setting benchmarks for excellence and innovation.

Matilda Sakyi

Matilda Sakyi is a businesswoman and entrepreneur, serving as Director for Safeway Printing Works Ltd, Core Print Co Ltd, and TDMplus Ltd. As the eldest child of a strong business family, she seamlessly transitioned into the family business after earning her law degree from the University of East London and has played a pivotal role in sustaining and expanding the 50-year legacy.

A dynamic go-getter and a true Judges 4 woman, Matilda is known for her high standards, ensuring quality in every endeavor. With a wealth of business experience across various industries, she now brings her strategic vision and leadership to Royal Workforce Services Ltd. as the Business Development Manager, driving growth and innovation in workforce solutions.

Alhagi Bojang

Alhagi Bojang is a highly accomplished Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality specialist, holding a Master of Science degree in Responsible Tourism Management. With a distinguished career spanning teaching, leadership, and consultancy, he has made significant contributions to the industry. Alhagi has held prominent roles at esteemed institutions such as the Institute of Travel and Tourism of The Gambia, International Business College, the Gambia Technical Training Institute and Gambia Tourism and Hospitality Institute where he excelled in shaping future professionals through his expertise and mentorship.

His dedication to the industry is further demonstrated through his active participation in capacity-building initiatives and research projects. Notably, Alhagi served as an Associate Consultant for the UNEP-funded Collaborative Action for Sustainable Tourism (COAST) project, contributed to capacity-building programs at UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and played a key role in a World Bank-funded Tourism Diversification Project. Additionally, he has spearheaded numerous stakeholder capacity-building programs within the hospitality sector, showcasing his commitment to sustainable and inclusive tourism development.

With over eight years of experience in general recruitment for major cruise lines, Alhagie brings a wealth of industry-specific knowledge and expertise. His deep understanding of the sector enables him to provide invaluable career guidance to aspiring professionals in tourism and hospitality. Alhagie’s extensive experience, combined with his passion for sustainable tourism and education, makes him an asset to the Royal Workforce Services Team (RWS) team and a respected figure in the global tourism community.
